- mandarin oranges, pineapple, cheese cubes, yogurt, edamame, pretzels
Dinner:
- Sunday: Dinner for 8 group, I am taking Mac n Cheese and Strawberry Spinach Salad
- Monday: Bradley Class, eat out
- Tuesday: Chicken Fajitas and homemade guacamole with chips (never made it this weekend)
- Wednesday: Dustin's
- Thursday: Porcupine Meatballs
- Friday: Grilled Chicken, Mac n Cheese, brown rice
- Saturday: Leftovers
Recipes:
Strawberry Spinach Salad
1 Bag of Spinach
1 carton of strawberries
1 package of walnuts or pecans
1 bottle of Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing
1. Mix all dry ingredients. Right before serving toss with dressing. Super yummy this time of year!
