We woke up to the strongest waves we have had this week. The white caps were starting back as far as you could see, and it was very windy.
We headed down to get our last day beach time in. And we got to have some visitors! Robert and Christi has just gotten off a cruise ship in Mobile, and were staying in Gulf Shores tonight for their anniversary. So they stopped by to hang with us first. How fun!
The boys had a blast on the boogie boards today, even though it was almost blowing them away. Ha! I have some good videos I will have to put in another post.

And then everyone worked on making the boys a 2 headed octopus.... the tentacles were hard and we were running out of time!
We swam at the pool for a bit, then headed to Sea and Suds for a late lunch. It was mainly fried seafood and I do not think any of us super super loved it, but it wasn’t bad.
While there, Grady ate the eyes of a shrimp...
Then we came home and headed down to the beach to play nukem! So much fun. And so much sand. 🤣🤣
We played until it was almost dark, and man was it beautiful and felt amazing out! We headed to Matt’s Ice Cream next for a sweet treat. And then we shopped for awhile for souvenirs.

But unfortunately, we did buy this fanny pack, haha!
We came back home and packed up to head out tomorrow morning. What a bummer that it’s already time to leave! I am definitely thinking adding an extra day on would be ideal.
