Pumpkin Carving 2015!

It was that time again, Pumpkin Carving at Gammy Becky's!

Mr.Pate had a Servpro event, so we were on our own for the beginning. Luckily Garebear helped Griffin clean out the pumpkin so we could get going.








Griffin really wanted a "regular scary pumpkin face" this year, so that's exactly what we did. And he did most of it himself!! When did he get so big?!!

















There were some amazing pumpkins, as always!











Griffin got his own reward for the "scariest pumpkin face". He was sooooo excited!


And by the time we were rolling out, Grady was so so done. Haha!

Bristow Fun

In the middle of October, we joined the Peaches at Bristow for a Fall Fun night. It was pretty disorganized and the gym was so hot, but we still managed to have a great time. The kids tried the rock wall (Lilli actually did a great job), and got some face painting done.

#ciderandcaramelapples2015

Earlier in October we had our annual Fall girls hangout! Man I love my girls. Unfortunately Amanda didn't make it down this time, and we missed her. But we had a blast talking and laughing and eating of course!








We met for breakfast at HOME Cafe, headed to Jackson's Orchard for caramel apple slushies (and pies!). And then ended the day at Corner Bakery.

Painting our Pumpkins

This year we decided to kick off October with some pumpkin painting.









We let the kids cover the pumpkins in green, but then Amber and Rob added some awesome "finishing touches"!






The black pumpkin there... Well I tried to do polka dots and they looked horrid. So then I covered the whole thing and let Amber make a prettier P than I could. Ha!






What a bunch of goofs! Love them!
