::: I am making Mr. Pates favorite dinner tomorrow night in honor of his bday Wednesday, chicken cordon bleu. Yummy!
::: I have actually cooked like three or four times since the start of 2011, which is pretty impressive for me these days. My fav so far? Porcupine meatballs, which is a recipe from Duke. I love it, it's so yummy!! Try it people, the recipe is on my last MPM post.
::: I am growing very annoyed with how we in the south deal with snow... Like it's a hurricane or something. Today our county cancelled school- without a flake on the ground! Annoying.

woohoo for cooking & cordon bleu! i still make it at least 2x/week, but hubs most recent addition to the menu is a bbq chicken bacon swiss sandwich--nice & easy!

ReplyDeletebut there was some snow on the roads out in alvaton. i went out there about 1:00ish and the side roads were still white!
